- An injury already treated, or already advised on by a vet, before your cover began
- Injuries caused by congenital or degenerative conditions
- Injuries during the first 72 hours after payment
- Self-inflicted injuries
- Injuries from organised or deliberate fighting
- Injuries arising from an owner's neglect or reckless behaviour
- Routine care, wellness visits and vaccinations
- Pet food, accessories, grooming and general retail products, except a diet prescribed by the vet as part of treating a covered injury
- Castration
- Treatment at any clinic or hospital that is not on the approved list, or outside Kuwait
- Medicines bought from a pharmacy outside the clinic
- Medicines and pet food (including prescription diets) on sickness visits
- Death from any cause, and anything arising from it

The injuries this plan treats
Fractures & dislocations
From falls, car accidents or being struck by an object, including surgical repair.
Wounds & lacerations
Cuts from sharp objects, collisions or attacks, where cleaning, suturing or infection care is needed.
Animal bites
Bites or attacks from other animals, including puncture wounds and deep tissue injuries.
Burns & scalds
Exposure to heat, boiling liquids, chemicals or fire, where wound care or fluid therapy is needed.
Eye injuries
Scratches, corneal ulcers or blunt trauma to the eye, where treatment or medication is prescribed.
Nail & paw pad injuries
Torn claws or lacerated pads from rough surfaces, doors or accidents, including bleeding control.
Blunt force trauma
From being stepped on, kicked, dropped or struck, where imaging confirms an injury that needs surgery or a hospital stay.
These are the ones we see most. Any injury treated at an approved clinic or hospital is covered, whether or not it's on this list.
Every sickness. Not a list of them.
We don't keep a list of covered conditions. If a vet at an approved clinic or hospital treats your cat or dog for being unwell, we pay our share of that bill (everything except medicines and food) – the stomach upset, the ear infection, the cough that won't go, the kidney problem, the tooth that has to come out, and whatever she was already living with when you joined us. Any condition, any age, any breed, as often as she needs to go.

Covered treatment must be given at a clinic or hospital on our approved list, which shows each one’s address, opening hours and phone number.
The clinic files the claim
Give your Civil ID at reception — the clinic submits the claim at the time of treatment.
We settle the bill
You pay nothing at the counter for covered injury treatment. For sickness, you pay only your share.
Four cats and two dogs? One policy.
Buy a place for each cat and each dog in the house. You don't have to name them or fill in their details — a place is simply waiting. The first time one of them needs the clinic, that place becomes theirs for the year, and if she's a cat without a chip, we fit one there and then — a dog's microchip is paid for by the owner. Each place carries its own annual limit, so one pet's difficult year doesn't touch another's.

About this plan
What does the sickness share mean?
On Gold we pay 10% of every sickness bill at an approved clinic or hospital, and on Platinum we pay 15% – surgery and external laboratory work included. It applies to every visit, whatever the condition, with no annual cap. Medicines and food are not part of the sickness share.
When does cover start?
Sickness cover the moment you pay. Injury cover 72 hours later.
Is my pet eligible?
Cats and dogs, any breed, any size, any age. No vet check and no health questionnaire.
How do I pay, and how do I claim?
You pay once on Bookeey's secure page, and the cover runs a full year. There is nothing to claim — give your Civil ID at reception and the clinic bills us directly. Tell the vet what happened: when, where and how your pet was hurt. The vet records the type, cause and timing of every injury.
